The house (70 sqm.), which is in the former stables of the Belvedere farm, is named after the row of cypresses at the bottom of the lawn. Like a terrace that overlooks Maremma opening out onto a landscape of great charm.

The house is on one floor at garden level. It consists of a living- dining room with a fireplace and a large chandelier and is separated by a counter from the kitchen area, with a kitchenette and dishwasher. Up the wooden staircase you access the mezzanine floor with a sofa bed, and a small study.

The living room leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and wooden rafters, together with the antique furniture all retain the atmosphere of a Tuscan farmhouse.

The house connects with the great lawn of the garden through two glass doors, where there are flowering shrubs, fruit trees, containers with geraniums and large trachyte boulders. On one side there is a pergola covered with vines that gives shade to a stone paved area with a table, benches and chairs, which offers beautiful views down to the sea.
