The apartment all on one floor on the garden level and is about 74 sq. metres. It is composed of a big room (about 30 sq. metres) with a big stone fireplace, a couch and an armchair and a glass door that leads out through to the garden. On one of the walls there is the cooking area (4 gas rings, an oven and a dishwasher).

Through a corridor the two bedrooms are accessed, a double bedroom and one with twin beds with glass doors leading to the garden, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. There are boxed wooden ceilings and the floors are in Tuscan terracotta tiles, there is central heating, a colour television with parabolic satellite dish and its own telephone with outside line +39-0564-568738. The apartment is furnished with the family’s antique furniture.
